We're up and running!
Well, it has been a whirlwind of a month! Foremost I'd like to thank everyone on the team for all their hard work and personal investment in getting us moved and put together. This would never have worked without everyone's commitment. Second, thanks has to go to all the clients who made the move with us. The outpouring of support has been extremely gratifying and has been a priceless source of energy for us. Lastly, on a more personal note, thanks to my family for all of their support at home. They were the first ones on board with this change and have been behind us 100% of the way.
I've never blogged before so this will be a learning experience for everyone involved, I think. But I believe there is a space which can be filled to discuss the workers' compensation topics of the day, obviously with a focus on the state of Florida. I want this blog to serve as a source of information and, hopefully, discussion. This needn't involve taking one side or another. Many of the issues out there affect everyone on both sides of the table. For example, Medicare Set-Asides are a headache for all parties trying to reach a settlement. Doctors who don't communicate well with injured workers or the employer/carrier constrict the flow of information and make it harder for both sides to do their jobs.
Anyway, please visit our website at The Workers' Compensation Trial Group, P.A.We've got a lot of useful information on there, with more to come. Please follow this blog, as I do plan to post to it regularly.
